great diagram

Hay guys my oldest daughter {who is 11} made a diagram out of pencils and crayons showing the foot print difference between the 56 gal tank we have and the 150 gal tank that we will be getting. The ruler in the center shows the size of a 12" Fish... We are so excited!!

We tryed to teach her the best way we know how.

LOL, actually she knows a good portion of the caring for fish. She's just as into it as we are. She helps us with the changing of water and cleaning of tubes and so on... she really wants her own tank but we want to make sure she's as responsible as she is inteligent. We might just get her one for christmas.. shhhh, don't tell her lol.

That's a really neat comparison!

DEFINITELY a fish tank for Christmas! She already knows a lot about fish keeping, she knows about cycling and water changes, and all that good stuff, so she will be way ahead of most beginning aquarists!!

Yes... she's quite intellegent. We are very proud of her, at the fact that she is only 11 makes it even more amazing to us..
