I went to my LFS and bought 3 of what were labled yello pygmy corycats. Has anybody heard of them. They don't look like any cory I have ever seen. Pics Soon!

Not quite. They don't have cory wiskers more like whisters on larger cats and they are very streamlined.

This is your fish Hyalobagrus ornatus "Ornate Shadow Catfish"

Good job on the ID, they're very mellow schooling fish. Mid-water swimmers, really like floating plants like Najas or hornwort for cover. I had some many, many years ago, buggers wouldn't eat anything but live bloodworms. A couple females were carrying bright green eggs (clearly visible through their transparent body) and I was hoping they'd spawn, but they died off before it happened. They were recently reclassified, used to be Pelteobagrus ornatus.

Thanks for the good call guys. To they get bigger than cories?

No, they're almost certainly already as big as they'll get. I've never seen juvies, rather suspect it's just the adults that are imported.
