Another kuhli loach committed suicide by wiggling through the intake strainer and getting wrapped around the extension tube. I took a picture this time.

lol...looks like you need some thinner holes =p..but man those things are so thin they easily get in there

you definitely need to get a piece of thin sponge and put it over that intake, cause that really sucks.

Hard to believe they can get into that small of a space. You may have to cut a piece of nylon and put over that sprainer.

I found one in my filter last time I cleaned them. Sneaky little devils. I thought maybe the dollars had snacked on them. I know they aren't meant to eat other fish and are meant to be vegetarian, but you should see how they go after earthworms!!! When they were in the tank with Oscar they would go nuts over them, figured they may think they were worms.
But that's where they ended up. I moved their rock they usually hide under to the opposite end of the tank and haven't had one go missing since
