I have a bit of a problem with my mbuna tank and if you could help that would be great... I have a Acei who has something white on the side. My demasoni also has the same problem. I'm thinking that it's a sore from them fighting but could it be a fungus and if so what type? Looks like a bit of fungus that grew on a wound. Should be easy to treat with melafix/pimafix.

melafix/pimafix are all-natural. Shouldn't harm your fish. Add carbon when you want to remove any meds.

one last question and then I'll stop bothering you thumbs2: . Should I take out the carbon I do have in the tank before treatment?

Yes, remove the carbon when using any meds. Put it back to remove the meds when treatment is finished.
