Have never tried broccoli with mbuna, will have to try that sometime.

Broccoli is the perfect veggie for a Mbuna tank with plecos. the Mbuna have perfect-sized morsels from the top and the plecos devour the stalk.

I always did zucchini and squash for veggies. Didn't keep a pleco with them though. Will the mbuna eat the stem too?

not mine. lol. they only rip off the little pebbles on top.

its so funny to watch them eating brocoli, they seems to be taking turn on it.
