It could be a number of plants (I didn't list all possibilities).

Edit: I assume you didn't mean a type of moss although you posted your question in this section. If you think it's a moss, then you can go here (http://www.aquamoss.net/) to take a look at some different ones.

1. Lilaeopsis brasiliensis (http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/tr/Lilaeopsisbrasiliensis.php)
2. Liaeopsis mauritiana (http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/tr/Lilaeopsismauritiana.php)
3. Eleocharis parvula (http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/tr/Eleocharisparvula.php)
4. Eleocharis acicularis (http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/tr/Eleocharisacicularis.php)
5. Utricularia graminifolia
6. Riccia fluitans (http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/tr/Ricciafluitans.php)
7. Riccia sp 'Dwarf' (http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/tr/RicciaspDwarf.php)

I'm thinking the #4 is the one you are looking for, but use google and the name and pictures and you should find what you are looking for, or post up a picture if you have one.
