That fish would get you over the dovii blues! In all honesty, I like the drably colored gars best. What awesome fish... I've always wanted them and caught them, but never the space.

:hmm3grin2orange: The parent of this fish was purchased for over $1,000,000 and all other platinum gators hail from this one fish (or so the articles say anyway). They produce only a handful of them a year.

Once your Arowana gets its larger tank you will have the room for most gar species and they do pretty well with Aros! Something to think about! I love all of my Gars!

The shipping from Thailand would probably rival the cost of the fish itself. Still, an amazing looking fish.

that's a pretty cool fish, although I'm not sure I would want to own any fish I would feel like i needed to take out a life insurance policy on.
