i got 5 neons. my lfs had them 3.64$ each, but a sale with 5 for 8$. Theyre jumpy, and one looks like it was through WW1, WW2, vietnam, and the cold war. Its got a HUGE gash on one side, and it just acts like normal and schools. Otherwise, theyre good

...seems a bit expensive...but I haven't bought any for a while...

...hopefully you managed to get your hands on a hardy lot!

...I didn't get anything so exciting...but I'm still pleased with my new:

Laser MOUSE!!!:19:

My old mouse died, so I treated myself to a new one!!! No more cord to help clutter my desk! Woohoo!

cool, are they goin in a tank by themselves? My lfs has neons for 1.99, and then cardinals are 3.99. I should have got a bunch for their 50% off FW fish sale! I could have gotten like 20 of em!

ive had wireless ones for a few years. It sucks when you drop them. At least with a cord you can grab the cord in the nick of time.

some corys are gonna have to wait. At 6$ each, i need 4 and i already spent 50$ today

...hey! Betcha you're the guy to ask!

In as few words as possible...what the difference between an optical cordless mouse and a laser cordless mouse...

...I'm assuming the laser is better (and considerably more expensive)...and so I bought it...but the store was busy and I didn't want to tie up a clerk asking...

optical has the ball on the bottom i think, and laser has the red laser. All of mine are lasers.

WTF. Im always paying more for fish. I always go to super pet, and sometimes petsmart, never petcetera anymore. They ditched the 2 for 1, and neons are 4$ each there, and a 6 inch bubblestrip is 12$!

Why am i paying so much? And superpets store prices vary too. at one, snow white soccolofis are 9.99, and at another one 12.99

PetSmart is buying a bunch of SuperPets! That should make life easier for you!

...thanks for the answer regarding the mouse...which I'm enjoying very much!

superpet often takes good care of its fish though. Their oscars are in WAY better condition now. Theyre not laying down half-dead.

I think so far my fish are the least expensive thing in my tank......well maybe except for the 9 year old Whisper HOB....lol

9 Years old? WOW

i bought half my heaters at a old crap store for 2$ each, anda aquaclear mini, and all are reliable

Yeah, still alive and kicking. I'm anxiously waiting for it to die out so I can justify an Eheim 2213 canister ;)

Or maybe I'll get a new 10g tank. Mine is as old as the HOB filter and has some scratches that kinda scare me.

So why did you buy one that had a big gash on his side?

They were expensive. I had a fit because where I go they wanted $2.50.

Perhaps a batch of neons caught in the wild? I know there's still cardinals on the market that are caught in brasil.
