I have quite a few bronze cory fry about 3 weeks old. If I put them in a tank with adult corys (no other fish) is there any possibility of the adults eating them?

I know they eat the eggs after a few spawns!
I have never seen one eat the fry though!

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
At least you'll find out for next time.
Just make sure the fry get enough to eat.

When I was in school, my peppereds cories would breed all the time. Without my intervention at all, 11 of the eggs made it into fryhood and were living with the parents. Most of them were 1/4 of an inch or smaller and I never saw a parent try to eat them. I know there's the standby " if it fits in their mouth, they'll eat it" but I have never seen or known a cory to hunt down fry. With their bad eyesight as well I think it would be rather difficult for them

I, too have had two sets of cory fry in the same tank. Never saw them eat them. In both tanks I had good hiding places but even in the open, they were fine. Go for it.

Okie dokie, this weekend it will be done :) Cory have been known to eat krib fry, we'll see.
The fry are a good quarter inch long mostly so it could be a good time to find out.
Thank you all very much, the input is greatly appreciated :)
Have a great day folks!
