You need to post your water parameters.
Also, any physical indication of disease on your fish? Any recent water changes?
water change was made on Friday night , up to 30%...I do WC weekly....can 't read parameters now....

Did you remember to add a dechlorinator?
yes...it just seems to be emptied from the inside by a parasite....
Could it be dropsy ? [Only Registered Users Can See Links.] ? I hope to get soon parameters....
LFS has tested my water and it seems that Ph was too high ....could be that High ph can cause death ??? and one fish at time at distance of few days ???

Yup!If your ph is very different from the store it will shock the fish!
What are your other perameters?
You should acclimate them slowly. The drip method works well!

If it was open to the outside and not just hollow with skin all around another fish could have been eating it. My Uncle's HUGE guppy tank gets someone die once every few days (age, not disease) and usually everyone else in the tank has taken a nibble from the dead one before he can get to it, thus leaving it to look "hollow"
Guppies, platies, neons, etc are generally all over- and in-bred. Some batches are just weak fish.
Maybe a high ph could cause it? I wouldn't know for sure. Some of my cousin's fish died off when his ph got too high.
Edit: Northernguy's point is good. Anyway you could find out the ph of the LFS tank? How long do you acclimate for?
I can't believe it!!!! ....LFS telling my water changes are too frequent ( once a week 25 to 30 % ) I believe is infection they got when I introduced platies and swordtail....a palty and swtl were the first to go , now the neon ....NOT THE NEONS !!! I' desperate now .....

As long as the filter is well-established with bacteria I don't think there can be such a thing as "too-frequent" waterchanges. Especially not at 25% once a week. Ignore the LFS. Keep up with your current waterchanging plan. Imo.

Get yourself a master test kit, preferably a liquid one. That is not optional for keeping a healthy tank, especially a relatively new one.
"Too high" doesn't help a lot on a forum- we need to know what the result is. We need to know Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate readings as well.
it seems that the only parameter wrong was ph all the other were ok....

Did the LFS use test strips or liquid test kits? Those strips are horrible. When you buy a test kit, make sure to buy something that's liquid based like the API Master Test Kit.
they used liquid tester and all parameters were normal/ok the only one that was too high , nearly 8.0 was ph , which used to be around 6.8.
I am using "Ph down API" , if there are more deaths in these days I will go for an antibacterial medication...
thank you all for your advise and help
"Fish wastes builds up and the pH of your water becomes more acidic. Making a large water change all of a sudden changes the chemistry rapidly and that can be stressful to fish" [Only Registered Users Can See Links.]
...so it seems likely a ph issue , infact I used 25% WC weekly but the last one I did before the fatalities was nearly up to 50%....that can have cause a sudden change in the Ph value.......
