Gold Gourmi Maddness

My one gold gourmi is haveing these fits he fires off and then crashes into the gravel then floats up and then makes circles like hes chasing his tail or soemthing then he floats down sideways! what is this its kinda scary to me lol :cry:

thers a chance he might be in stress but if its only a one off accation he displays this behaviour is could be just to work some food down or sumthing but still i'd check for growths such as small parasites on the fish to be sure he isnt infected (my adult male blue gourami displays this behaviour sometimes and hes been doing so since i got him about a year ago but it only happens once in a while for him)

Its getting worse hes doing it at night and also my shark is starting to hide on me and the gourmi hides too

YOU GOT THE DISEASES OF SOME KINDS, IN YOUR TANK. UN SURE WHAT IT IS, PUTTING SOME SALT IN MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT HELP. YOU NEED TO BUY A GOOD FISH BOOK OR TWO.

It might be a number of things. Do you se any other signs of disease?

Thats the thing my fish are as healthy as can be nothing is wrong with them from looks and its just their behavoir. I tried looking it up but its not listed
