How many neons can you fit in a 10g? The person who called about buying my 10g never picked it up so i guess i'll just keep it for myself. Is 10 neons pushing it?

Should be fine if they are by themselves and if you can return/sell a few as they get bigger.

I have 5 in my 10 and can't even find them. I can see not reason at all that 20 can't go in it.

I have good filtration so 15 neons and thats it. If they get big, my 20g is understocked so they can be transferred.

They won't get big. They remain tiny little buggers. I have the JUMBO neons. What a riot. They are about 1 inch.

I thought from your thread title, you were having pork chops stuffed with neons.

...for what's it's worth...that's what I first thought too...

...then I thought maybe some other fish had stuffed himself accidentally on all the neons during a feeding frenzy...

i'll stuff them and mount them on my wall like a deer head. lol

Im on my coffee break. I bagged up ALL my stuff for the person who said they'd buy it, and now they didnt come. So, screw them, im using that tank for neons. I'll let everything run for a few days, since i have seeded gravel and seeded filters, then add five neons, then in week intervals i'll add 5 until i get about 15.

That'll teach em. Neon tanks are nice. You'll be happy he didn't show up.

...better change your signature then...

...that 10g is no longer 'SOLD'...

...it's 'being stuffed with neons'...

I'll change my sig. Ive got WAAAAAAYYYY too many tanks now.

20g long
20g rectangular
20g rectangular, another one
10g high
2g
10g with toads
10g stuffing with neons
5g hospital

all i have empty is a 2g. All the tanks are healthy, so all is good. I think my tanks make up 60% of my power bill
