C-100 Tablets??

Can somebody tell me whether or not it is a good idea to use C-100 pillows in my aquarium. C-100 pillows are supposed to be a aquarium water purifier, removes ammonia, prevents new tank syndrome, etc. My aquarium contains two angelfish and three glassfish, and they all seem to be doing very well. I have had the aquarium up and running with the fish a little over a week. Has anybody used the C-100 pillows, and would you recommend that I use them??? Thanks for any help!

I Haven't used the C-100 pill but have used similar pills and they do work. However if your water keeps good quality without them I don't se any need for them.

Ie they help but there is no point using them if you do well without them.

I used them once and they dissolved but then my water turned a weird white cloud
