Anyone have a frag tank?

I am setting up a frag tank soon and I was wondering if anyone already has one. I just bought a used light fixture from work, 4x96watt compact fluorescent by Current. I am planning on using a 30breeder. I am not sure what pump(s) I want to use. What else do people have in their frag tanks?
I am planning on the fancy varieties of montipora, not sure what else (whatever works in the setup).

We don't have a frag set-up but a friend in our local reef club just set-up a nice frag system with 50 gallon Rubbermaid stock tanks and also has a separate 40 gallon breeder frag tank. If you want the link to his build thread I can send it to you. He does mainly sps.

We just set up a whole new 29 gallon system for a frag tank, 35 lbs of live rock, koralia 1 and koralia 2 as well as a skimmer
