As stated in Part 1 of my Set-Up post I'm working with a 60 Gal Tall tank. The dimensions are 48"W x 13"D x 24"T.
I was planning to add a 3D foam/cement background with caves and outcropings, but I'm worried that with only 13" of depth it might "squeeze" the fish too much. Am I over thinking this? With stacked 1/2" foam, it should only be 1 1/2 - 2" plus concrete. I love the look of these backgrounds, but I don't want the fish to suffer from not enough swimming space.
