With a 135 and the right amount of filtration you have a long way to go before you are fully stocked.Thats whats cool about keeping Africans, most are small and you can have many. You should watch for aggression issues and perameter spikes. They are tell tale signs that you are stocked.
Have you any full tank shots? Sounds like a nice tank.

Give or take, in a 135gal you could stock two to three dozen mbunas OR 20-25 peacocks OR perhaps a dozen large haps.
You seem to have a combination of african cichlid types: haps (the nimbochromis polystigma's which get to about 8" or 9"), various mbuna's and peacocks (quantity to be reduced by you at some point), and Victoria Basin cichlids (the Astatotilapia's). Recommending a stocking level for your particular tank in regards to what's already in it may depend on what you plan to add.

Well, hopes to have mainly
5 polystigma
Peack pair or 2
Astatotilapia colony no more then 6
Then the rest pseudo's and labidochromis
The astat's are actually a strain found in the lower parts of malawi
I don't have any full tank shots as of yet, access to a computer is limited as mine died.
But I will get picks asap
Thanks you to all of your opinions.
I work at a pet store, and do know a fair bit about individual species and new I could highly stock it with the right filteration, but my workmates shuned the idea and was curious if it had changed lol.

I'm currently up to
2 polystigma
2 tanzania
4 calliptera
2 protomelas (female holding)
2 polleni cichlids
1 male blue peacock
1 albino peacock
1 peacock juvi
1 mphanga
2 melanochromis interupptus
I know I have fish from all over the shop.
But I intend to move them into there own tanks (polleni especially)

I love polleni. Arent really suitable for that tank though.
I agree, its a bomb waiting to be set off. I would be careful and watch for fighting and lip locking.

Oh I deffinetly know that.
Back when I first started the forum william and I discussed polleni and I had always wanted them, they're only 3.5cm and are going inyo a 90x45x60 tank to themselves
