Help me price this

Okay guys and gals, my first post in the SW section! I have been thinking of setting up a SW tank for sometime now, without going through the setup process. I know this sounds lazy, but I want a tank already established for my first attempt. I found this ad on CL for a 20 gallon setup with everything included, however he wants me to name the price. So I don't sound ignorant, what would be a fair price for the following..

Taken from CL:

I have a 20 gallon tall fish tank already setup!
In the Fish tank i have crush coral about 30 pounds of it!
I have a very nice filter and heater going on with the tank!
I also have a Maxijet 1200 in the tank running!
There is about 60lbs of Live Rock in there!
There is snails and red legged crabs and also to emerald crabs!
I have Three mushrooms in tank to with two frags of zooz and a nice colony of gsp!
I have three light fixtures two power compacts and a t5 athic lightbulb!
you give me a price!

What are some of the brands on the equpiment such as lighting, filtration, skimmer? These are probably your largest ticket items for the tank...and their quality will in the end determine the price. Also find out what salt mix hes using as changing salt mix on the corals will stress them even more. Also try your best to replicate your levels.
