help stock 20Gal

my two gps will be going into my 64gal or might be given to a friend. With that said, in my 20G i have 10 neons. I want a pair of GBRs, possibly two males or two females. I dont want to breed them, because my lack of experience will not be able to care for the fry.. anyways with that in mind, what else can I add to spice up the tank, or am i pretty much stock?

I would add more neons and maybe some cories.

will the two male GBR have aggression toward each other?

No, just have lots of caves and territories, the stocking sounds fine to me.

I think you should go with 12 neons and 6 corys with the pair of GBRs. Corys shoyld be kept in groups of at least 6.
