another light fixture question

Was looking at this fixture, its not made for aquarium use but for plant use but I figure I could put a 400 watt mh 15,000k bulb in it and it should be ok.

They also make a 175 fixture and a 250 fixture, I have a 75 gallon and was wondering if the 400 would be a good choice or if I should go with the 250.

What do you guys think?

It won't work too well with saltwater. The reflectors are lousy and they don't have a uv shield. Your gonna need to buy the ballast as well
