im real close to getting my corrys and i wasnt sure if i should do 2 schools of 6 or 1 school of 10 or so. what do you think
when i mean 2 schools i mean for example 6 panda and 6 peppered

I really like my single school of corys They love to swim together. IMO i would go with one

The six and six will look great and will inter mingle together and at times be one big school or mixed groups.

Larger groups are more active, so I would do the 1 group of ten. You will only have one group but it will be a happy one for sure
If you do one school, why not just do 12?
Well I'd love to see cories living in a group of 12, I can't help but think of how cool two scools would be.

I would do one school. This is mainly because my experience with corries hasn't lead to any schools with less than 8 fish. In my tank now with 7 corries the only time they 'school' is when they are feeding. Otherwise they just kind of do their own thing. I'm thinking about trying to add another 5 into the tank but I don't want to over do it.
From what I've read a larger number will school better.
