and i managed to get a couple ok shots and a few terrible ones that are too blurry.

oh, i would say just under 3 inches. has some more growing to do.

Ah. Still at the size where everyone thinks plecos are darling and wants one so badly. That would explain why as soon as I saw the picture the part of my brain that controls the awwwwwwwh nerves kicked in. =P

he will only grow to 4 inches or so

ha...here is his blurry tail and fin raised. i wish i could get a good shot of him. i will eventually, once i get a moon light

Even just the tail and raised fin look adorable on their own. I can't wait for some better pictures. Quite the cool pleco you have there.

thanks...im hoping it gets a little more bold as it grows up. it is still very young. eventually i will get a good shot. i still havent figured out what it really enjoys eating. i will try cantaloupe next. that and a moonlight should be all i need

Mind if I ask what size tank it's housed in and/or if it has any tankmates?

it is in a planted 29 gallon with 8 corys and a few platys and there is also an albino bn.

i am thinking about shuffling things around just a bit...i have some other tank space.
