Aggression Problem

This is the first time I've purchased Mollies. I have a black/orange one, white, black and a dalmatian Molly.

Does anyone know how to deal with an aggressive Molly? The Dalmation Molly is chasing my pair of balloon kissing gouramies which appear stressed and are already suffering from Ich. I want the gouramies to recover, so I need to figure out a way to control the dalmation's agression without removing him/her. The other fish are good with the balloons, but they seem very timid anyway.

How big is the molly?

It's not that big, I guess either small or medium

I think mollies are just naturally rowdy. I had a gold dust molly who chased my angelfish around, and her fry are now chasing each other around......quite vigorously I might add.
