Anna Nichole died from a drug overdose. The report is now confirmed. I thought for sure she died of old age.

What a stupid deal this is. A brand new baby and more money than God and she could have had such a great life. Makes me sick she chose to just be a bimbo and be a druggie. Too bad she didn't have regard for this life she brought into the world.

Allthough, one of my friends came to school the day after she died. He went into my first hour crying, and the teacher asked him what was wrong. He said that his girlfriend died lastnight. She said, oh my, im so sorry. Then he said, ya i miss her alot, ill show you her picture. Then he pulled out the front page of the paper with anna nicholes picture on the front. Then EVERYONE started laughing. lol, good times.

It just amazes me that no one helped her. She did several interviews before she died where she was clearly stoned.

She did nothing for me either but quite frankly, what did she do? She was a playboy bunny for a short time but had she not married that old geezer no one would have known her from beans.

What can you do with a person who's on the road to destruction. You can't make them go to rehab or get help. They have to want to and apparently she liked her la-la life. You'd think after what drugs did to her son it would have been a wake up call. I also wonder if she didn't get his drugs for him.

Doctors need to be held accountable. A few pharmacies had actually denied her the scripts. Elvis's doc was just as negligent when he wrote all those scripts. They should lose their licenses at the very least.

You will never really know how screwed up her mind was.

It isn't easy outliving a child as she did.

She was what she was, but my opinion is that she wanted to die after losing her son.

I have been there. I lost a daughter. Ain't fun, I will tell you that.

I think I am still here because I am not in the spotlight like her.
Money and fame and the ability to get any drug you want contributes to suicides.
My wife and I held it together and we are OK today.

They found 8 different perscription drugs in her system. And she was injecting growth hormone into her arse, and had a bacterial infection because she used a bad needle.

This whole topic gets me fired up! lol. I personally have no sympathy for drug addicts and just because you have a tradgedy in your life doesnt mean your doomed. I lost two relatives i was close to within a months time and it was hard, but eventually life goes on. ( i know cliche) but... i dont know im angry now

I can't think of one thing that could ever be worse than losing a child and I'm so, so sorry you and your wife had to endure this. It's something no parent should ever have to deal with. I don't know myself how I'd do but I know losing one of mine is my biggest fear.

In this case with Anna, she was a drug abuser long before her son passed away and so was he. She could have tried to help him and possibly clearing up her own act might have changed his life, as well. She condoned it and went along for the ride. Probably in reality, she's the one that got him into it. She certainly didn't set an example for him to live by.

I think she was a discusting mess. She could have done so much for herself, her kids and so many others with all that money but chose to be this self-aborbed druggie. To bring this beautiful new baby into this world and be on drugs the whole time and even using while in the hospital is beyond being unfit as a person and a mother. After losing one child, she had every opportunity to turn things around and make amends with this new baby who certainly didn't ask to be put here.

What I find even more troubling is that there are all these people who supposedly cared about her and did nothing to help or just encouraged her destructive behavior. These same caring people are now trying to get custody of her daughter......and her 300+ mill buck$$$$$$!!!!

Who knows. Maybe they did try and she wouldn't listen.

I think of all that money and what it could have done for rehabs for kids, St Judes for Childrens and hundreds of other places it could have done so much good. Oh well. You can't make a person care, can you?

Sorry to hear you lost you Daughter Cichlid_Man. We lost a Daughter too. It's hard to think that life goes on, but then it does. On April 5th it will have been 5 years for us. If life had ended there, we wouldn't have Abbey.

To tell you the truth I dont really cared she died it was her life that she wated away... I mean the new stations and cnn and such act like its amazing that she drugged herself... There are kids I know who do drugs and die but no attention goes to them just to some lady who has money spitting out of her arse from some guy... She gets more attention then the soilders who die for us everyday defending people like us and people like her too who dont know what to do in life. Well thats my opinon. Hey how about this nice warm weather??? Nice isnt it?
