What kind of food is recommended for orandas?

Im not too familiar with goldfish but i would go with a good quality staple pellet like Hikari.

...use a good quality staple food as recommended...just not anything that floats on top...can lead to swim bladder issues...if you use flakes, wet them down before feeding them to your fish...

...add some frozen food...there's some specially made for goldies...

...peas (pop them out of the seed coat), zucchini, lettuce (NOT ice-berg) are all good for them too...

high quality flakes are good, and so are sinking goldfish crumbles, but its important to feed a variety of healthy foods and maybe some treats every once in a while.
