Pretty interesting to watch. Anyone know how long it will take? They have been going for at least 10 minutes.

Good quality movie! Is that a regular movie camera, or phone... or?

Play sand right? I'm REALLY close to removing my rocks in the 50 and putting in play sand!

Wow... "Cheap 7.2 mp".... I remember when I got my Canon 2.1mp camera.... was about $400!!!!! LOL.

I'm definitely going to change out my substrate to play sand.... wonder if it's better for plants???

I got my grandmother a 10.2 kodak for less than 100 for mothers day. That's the way it is with technology sadly. I build computers for fun. I spent hundreds for the new quad core cpus and soon enough amd will release the new 8 core cpus.

Anyway, ya, don't keep any plants unless algae counts but would like to in the future.

Jeeez! I got my canon rebel XSI for about $800 and it's only 12mp...LOL. I got it at Best Buy... spose I coulda gotten it cheaper online, but I hate buying online....

Awesome, so 6 days then I need to feed them. Crushed flakes should be fine right? I've never had fry before.

My plan was to keep 1 or 2 males who are the strongest for my next 55. If I don't have a breeding pair will they not be as aggressive? The rest will be bichir food. I mean I can't keep 200 convicts. I'm sure pet stores don't want them either. What do you guys do with unwanted fry?

I've been looking forward and dreading this at the same time.

Thats why I would never own those fish.You can't get rid of them!

Maybe I'll get some more predators for my 55.
