Hello. I am concerned that the current flowing from my filter is too strong for the little fish in my 10g tank. I see that sometimes they get rushed away in the water flow. They are strong little fish some tetras, white clouds, small comm. fish. The filter is a whisper filter that hangs off the top. Are there any recommendations on how to break up the outflow? Or perhaps a better filter anyone can recommend? Or do you think they are fine with it?

a)what are the exact types of fish? (some fish like strong currents)
b)how many gallons is the filter made for?

My gut would tell me they are fine as most people are under-filtering.

As someone already mentioned, whats the filter exactly and what fish (and how many) are in the tank?

In the DIY section, someone made a flow deflector from a plastic bottle for the same reason... too much flow.

I found it, here it is...

the fish are ember tetras (3), galaxy rasbora, sparkling gourami. the tank is a few weeks old. i just added the fish 5 days ago and began seeing how strong the current is. the filter is a whisper for a 5-15g. sometimes i think the fish are fine, and other times i feel like they have to work hard to swim in the rough waters. anyways any suggestions/comments are appreciated. thanks for the advice so far.
