Do Killie Fish get along with other fish? I was wondering if I could put some in my 30 Gallon. Or are they called Killie Fish because they kill everything?

They may chase small fish like rasboras as they are semi-aggressive. Killifish does not mean they are killers ;)

Theyre hardy, and can live in small tanks. Like chrona said, small, slow moving fish may be a target.

My male killi (golden wonder) ate anything he could catch. He ate 2 glass cats that were the same size he was.
I wouldn't keep them in a "docile" community tank.

Good to know. I was thinking of getting some American Flagfish but I doubt I will.

theyre called killie fish because in Dutch it means trench. when the dry season comes along, eggs are in dry soil and im sure thats where the name was derived from. most killie fish can be with large characins, dwarf cichlids and plecos.
