I don't know of any specifically on freshwater Angelfish, but there are several on aquariums in general.

I've never even heard of a DVD specific for angelfish. Are you looking for info in general or something specific? You might want to check out The Angelfish Society (http://theangelfishsociety.org/), or The Angelfish Forum II (http://www.angelfish.net/VBulletin/index.php).

There was a guy on cichlid-forum who made a breeding how to/ documentery on angelfish breeding. Might be worth a search through their general discussion forum . I think part of it was posted on youtube too.
