right now i just have my angel and 6 black tetras in the 110g and i have noticed when i feed them the tetras go crazy and eat off the top and in the middle of the tank however they are so much faster eaters than the angel that the tetras are stuffed and all the food is gone before the angel got a real good meal. does anyone have any idea on how to get more food to my angel. because the tetras are looking fat so i want to skip a day or two of feeding but my angel looks a little slim and dont want him to starve.

How long have they been in the tank. Angels will become voracious eaters once they get settled in. I wouldn't worry about them getting food. If you are concerned though most angels will scavenge for food off the bottom just after feeding time. If you drop in some sinking shrimp pellets that might help. You could also simply add in foods that are too big for the tetras. Chiclid pellets might work.

That angel will learn fast.Dont worry about him, they are anything but angels when it comes time to feed. You can use some foods that are too big for the tetras, feed a mix when you have a mix of fish.
Didnt mean to echo nic.I should really read first.

If your still a bit concerned that your Angel isn't getting enough or any food, you can make a feeding tube for him if you like.
All you need is a plastic tube like an old tank vacume or something to that effect and drop some food in and it will sink to the lower parts of the tank while you tetras are eating the food you put in the top of your tank.thumbs2:

They'll do fine with your water.
