Aqua safe start?

How long should i wait before putting fish in a 55 gallon eveythnig is good just needs to cycle i prefer the fish cycle but i have seeded media um i put aqua safe start in around 11.30 and more then required only by 10 gallon it was only a little left but anyway how long should i wait:sconfused:

You dont wait, you want to add the seeded media and bacteria culture at least in the same day you add the fish. Both will die without an ammonia source (fish)
Make sure you have your test kits handy

I can't quite even understand all of what you are asking. I don't know what you mean by "only required by 10 gallon" or anything around there. If you rewrote that with punctuation I might be able to tell, but all I can see is a word salad.

sorry i was in a rush. I used aqua safe start today to dechloranate the water around 11.30. I wanted to know how long i need to wait before adding fish. I put more then i needed into i put about enough in for a 60 gallon tank when mine is 55. so how long would i need to wait

"Aqua Safe" is a dechlor

"Safe Start" is a bacteria culture


the first one contains a small bit of the bacteria nowadays, but probably isnt going to do much to speed up the fish cycle like safe start will.
