For the ammonia, simply do a 50% W/C, and that should go away. Everything else is good! :19:

Is this a cycled tank or a brand new one?
Do you have fish? If so, what kind?

No ammonia isnt too high.
How big is the tank?
Can you post as much information as you can in one post rather than 100s of small ones? just so we have everything we need

Just about any fish will be good in that ph.
Find out if it stays at 7.5.

Have you read up on cycling? If not, here is the cycling guide Lady Hobbs put together: [Only Registered Users Can See Links.]
That is a guide for cycling with fish, like you have. If I were you I'd take them back and do a fishless cycle. Here is her guide for fishless cycling (far superior in my opinion): [Only Registered Users Can See Links.]
Maybe you've already read those and if so I apologize for redundancy. If not, it's a great place to start before trying to go further.
