is it possible to tell the sex of texas cichlids when there small!?

Possible yes, Easy no.

What experience do you have sexing cichlids? Do you know how to sex them by looking on their sexual organs?

Not really had much experience at sexing cichlids, what should i look for!?

Well the sexual organs on the male are smaller and more pointy, while those on the female are larger and rounder.

However if you are unexperinced with this method it might be hard to use outside of the spawning period.

No. Not with texas cichlids.
