Guppy labor

My youngest guppy just had her first fry and she was delivering for more then 18 hours. This is the longest delivery I witnessed in my 10 year exerience.

She is quite exhausted now and won't eat or move. Just standing in the corner of the other(empty) hatchery tank. been like that since yesterday. Any advice? Some vitamin bomb or something like that? I am not moving her back to main tank untill she recovers.

I think she will be fine with some rest and good food.
Is the tank cycled that she is in?

Yes its the same water as the main tank.

Just an update that she is fine and recovered fully after 2 days in quarantine.

It's strange tho, that the gravid spot is still there and her belly is a bit swollen. Can she carry some more fry inside her? I will take pics later.

water carries less to no bacteria
do you have a filter in it?

She isn't sick.

I have filters, both internal and external. Running thru active coal at the moment to clear up the medicine in the water.
