Hermit Crab Tank ok for fish?

friend at work has a tank she used for hermit crabs so would like to give me. if cleaned well, is it suitable for fish?

not a big hermit crab fan.... they just strike me as dirty! :14:

not sure on size yet either........ or if the wife would let me live if i got another tank..........
