Yes any type of tiger barb will school with any other. They do not even now they are not the same color.

Does anyone know whether red barbs are human-made or natural? I saw some red barbs at my local store the other day and was quite surprised. I always thought there are three types of them: tiger barbs, green barbs, and albino barbs.

Any links about the existence of red barbs are appreciated.

Red Barb? Possibly a Chery Barb or Rosey Barb?

The red Barbs you are talking about are not tigers, they are black ruby barbs or Puntius nigrofasciatus.
They are very similar but they have only three stripes and not four and they don't school in the aquarium with the tigers
