Can I switch medication in mid stream?

Hello, I treated my tank with Coppersafe and secondary with Maracyn. After 2 days, I think I should have used Maracyn Plus for fungus. Can I finish the last 3 days of treatment with Maracyn Plus? Any advice is appreciated.

No. if you use Maracyn Plus you will need to use a full treatment, not just 3 days.
