I have 4 Labs and one of the females has dropped her tube. The make is extremely aggressive, and it has been 2 days and she has not dropped her eggs yet. Although I did see one egg she dropped, and I think it could be because she is stressed. Is this typical. Are their certain conditions in order for her to be ready to drop. Is she holding off due to the aggressiveness of the male, or does it just have to be the the right time? will she drop the eggs due to stress and they not get fertilized?

Is there other fish in the tank?
This is a 100 gal. tank?
Is this the first spawn?

Ideally 3 of your 4 yellow labs should be females. This will allow to the sole male to amorously pursue any female rather than targeting a specific one. If you have more than one male in your group of four the odds of single female being harassed increases significantly.

Eggs will only be released during consentual spawning. A spawning event may have been initiated but the overly zealous male stressed out the female, that could explain for the abandoned egg and non-reluctance from the female.

Yes my tank is 100 gal, there are other fish in the tank, and yes again, it is the first spawn. I am thinking it is because it is the first time she has had eggs.
