I am currently treating my 55Gln tank with interpet whitespot medication,as my clown loaches have whitespot.My question is do I do water changes while I am adding course of medication over 6 days.

Normally, you replace whatever meds you remove with a scheduled water change and otherwise follow the directions to a T.

Loaches are sensitive to ich meds, best to use the salt treatment at half doses or ich meds for sensitive fish imo.

I have treated for ich 3 seperate times with loaches and a whole gaggle of other "sensitive" fish.I always use ap quick cure,I have never lost a loach or a catfish using this med and following the instructions.As for the med you are using I am not familiar with it,follow the instructions to the letter and after you are done use activated carbon in your filter to remove the meds and do a good gravel vac as well.

For clown loaches I have had success medicating on day 1, water change day 2, medicate day 3, water change day 4, and repeat till ick is gone.
