PS... FInally got a light for the 20g... OMG... that sucka was $64 for a dang light! Nice light though... has two flourescent bubs.... one blue and the other white.... now I can actually see the little buggers... hehe

Really, I didn't know that! I think my 50g has a blue light too.....now THAT tank I'd love to have live plants in!

I'm assuming you have a T5 light fixture (narrow little bulbs, not regular fluorescent)? Blue bulbs are actinic, the spectrum they put out isn't usefuf for plants.
