Angels are a cichlid, and as to be expected with most cichlids, tankmates are going to be hit or miss.
I think your best best would be semi-large schoolers Like congos, emporers, black widows etc, as Bushwaker suggested. I also think hes got a good idea with his suggestion of more angels
Its a really large tank so you have a lot of options though

i love the idea of congo's and emprorors. but i am not very versed with diffrent fish so i dont even know what to look for or how many. for example if i do a school of congos and a school of emporors how big should he schools be and how many other schools can i have and the angels will be the show fish but are there anyother show fish i can get, or if i get another angel how many, what about some lower or bottom feeders. so many choices im overwelmed and dont want to miss out on having a chance of missing a very nice looking fish that i never heard of. any help or suggestions would be greatly appriciated. what would you do???

What I would do is add the angel, and a nice size school of congos and a decent size school of emperors, say 12 and 9 and start looking out for bottom feeders and other fish you like. The awesome thing about having that huge tank is you can do light stock like that, it will still be very interesting and active, but you have a ton of room for "ooooo! can i have that too?!" or well, a much higher chance of the answer being "yes, you can!" :D
For reference most tetras need 6+ groups, more is better especially for the bigger guys

Its a really large tank so you have a lot of options though More than a pair of Angels is not a great idea because one , once they pair they will be intolerant of other Angels . Two the footprint of a 110 isn't all that much larger than say a 75g. That doesn't leave much more space for a second pair. Considering how large Angels have the potential to grow ,one pair is plenty.
Tankmates leave lots of options. avoid fish like white clouds (they're a cool water fish anyway) neons, guppys, or anything similarly sized. Anything "nippy" should be avoided as well. They will find the Angels fins a little too irresistable. Club shaped tetras and high bodied tetras are all fair game, and large schools of them will look quite impressive. A nice big school of rummy nose tetras would look cool as well and they make great indicators of water quality ,since their red noses fade with diminished water quality.
A few tall growing plants and root tangles or other verticle driftwood will give you a very natural looking tank and plenty of open space for the fish to swim and be seen . Lots of plants would be counter productive since the tetras would hide rather than school in the Angels presence. A nice light colored sand substrate and you'll have a very nice South American type tank.

I'll speak from experience and say that keyholes do very well with angels... and require the same parameters/tank setup

Im all for more room for fish, but IMO there is no problem with space for 2 pairs of angels in a 110, or a 75. Thats plenty.

what are the dimensions of the 110? standard, tall, it would make a big difference on the number of Angels
110 is probably a tall tank, same footprint as a 75, if so it should be treated as a 75 where Angels are concerned

The only standard 110 I know of comes 30" high, so high enough for sure. Its the 110 X high(the one with the same footprint as a 75)
Al is right though, i shouldnt assume like that, it could be a custom.

Keyholes might do fine with the Angels however they may give the schooling fish (particularly the smaller ones) some trouble and they tend to be shy. The schooling fish will reduce the shyness. Subdued lighting also helps them to be more confident.
I would suggest Laetacara dorsegera (commonly sold as L. curviceps). Smaller growing and not nearly as shy or likely to harass small tankmates and are a bit more atractive IMO. Most other cichlids (apart from rams or geos) are too rough and tumble for Angels, and would make short work of most smaller schooling fish as well.

My 2c :18:
School of 10-12 harlequins (hardy and peaceful)
Checkered barbs, 6+ (if you want a great natural looking, interesting fish)
Any corydoras, but I love the Pandas, 6-10
A topwater like Rummynose, the more you get the better thay school! (I keep 26!).
1 x Golden algae eater for a splash of colour?
Most other barbs can be fin-nippers. My tigers and rosies are resigned to a specie-only breeding setup now.
Hope to see pics, whatever you decide...
