I swear I could snap a pic every hour of my tank and you wouldn't see a fish in any of them. My fish are as listed in my signature. I have been thinking of returning the Yo-Yo Loach and getting something different and that led me to ponder my tank. I love the Dwarf Gouramis, but I have to say they are VERY boring. I want to know if there are any small cichlids (other then Rams and Kribs) that can live in a tank smaller then 20g. I miss having Cichlids. If there aren't any, then I am thinking of setting up my 27 tall and taking down the 10. Any Ideas?

my yoyos have become very busy since i introduced them 2 weeks ago. i like to watch them scavenge the tank for stuff or snail eggs. my dwarfs are a liittle less entertaining but they like to push the limits of their territory with the others. their "slap dance" is interesting to watch.

no cichlids can live in a small tank, though a baby lamp. brichardi can last a while til it gets big

Why couldn't you get a few of the dwarf cichlids of the Apisrogramma species or a few Rams?

Haven't had any luck with Rams. I haven't seen any dwarf Apisrogramma in our LFS. If I upgrade to my 27. Would I be able to keep some of the smaller species? T-bars or convicts maybe? I'd really like some dwarf Flag Cichlids, but I haven't seen them around here either.

How about some Danios or Tetras?

I have Danios, and I can't keep tetras, wrong for my PH. I am definately going to get my 27g up and running. That way I can keep my current fish and add more. I really want to get some Dwarf Flag Cichlids. They seem like great little fish.
