My 29 Gallon has Ich. I did not notice it till one Swordtail died. I saw 1 white spot on 2 Swordtails. I now also lost 2 Peral Gouramis. I am using medicine. I don't think any others will die because the others have been in the tank from the begining about 6 months. Also the other fish are very hardy.

Slowly raise the temp to 80 degrees and make sure you treat for 1 week MINIMUM no matter what the medications says. Also make sure you take any carbon out of the filter.

Good you said Carbon. I forgot to take it out.
