Please help!!!

I am desperately searching for a snakehead to purchase(or several if I can find them).I recently lost mine after 3 years.He had gotten to about 19 inches and we have a brutal winter storm and lost our power for 5 days,and with the power I lost a fabulous fish.Can someone please give me any info on where to purchase one?

:22: :22: Are there any breeders in your area? Or try a few online fish stores. But just make sure there legit. I personally have no idea because I have never had one. But they should be the same as any other fish thats hard to get your hands on. Also you could ask your LFS to order one for you if they sometimes get them talk to them about it

I beleive they are illegal in the US and Canada now.
Not positive about all the states.

i believe snakeheads are illegal in the u.s.-or severely restricted to licensed individuals. because of that ecological fiasco in maryland a few years ago.

if they are available, try online-live aquaria,that fish place,etc
if snakeheads are available , that were you will find them.

Snakeheads are absolutely 100% illegal in ALL 50 US states.
