HI, i made a post yesterday with regarding Iding a synodontis catfish. Today i went back to the store and it just said "synodonotis cat" and the employee didn't know exact species it was. But i took a picture of a grown one, so maybe someone can help me ID this fish, thanks!

I think its a synodontis multipunctatus (cuckoo synodontis)

I looked at the picture of the synodontis multipunctatus, however, mine (still be little) aren't that color. They are grayish with spots, not as much color as the multipunctatus in the pictures.

i don't think that's the small variety. it looks nothing like mine.

yea, thats the Synodontis nigriventris i believe. Thats the first one i bought, i'm trying to figure out what the second two i have are

Hey,can someone tell me....i have a cat similar to that one but it is Jet Black and has about 6 or 8 silvery or white spots on it side....this thing is just awsome but i can't even find a pic on the net...i would really apreciate some help???:14:

I think it's a synodontis eupterus. but i'm not 100% sure

I have the same....synodontis eupterus.....otherwise called the Featherfin Squeaker. I see no pic of yours so will show my one of mine.
