Nice piece. I like how its got heaps of entries - fish'll love swimming through that!

the lighter one was given to me , the other i found in a log jam in the stream where i fish

Those are great pieces!! I can never find stuff like that around here. All the lakes are so traveled the wood is all cleared out.

here is a tip.
Use steel line on a strong fishing rod with a good treble hook.The weak link is the leader you use.Sometimes I get snagged on Canada and cannot bring it up!:hmm3grin2orange: The Canadian Sheild can make fishing very interesting! lol
Snag some wood from the bottom of the lake and rivers you go too!
Its already waterlogged.Just give it a good scrub with a steel brush and use the hose to rinse it off.
I have always found some nice peices that way
