Ok so here are some more pics! LOL I bet you are sick of seeing my frogs huh?
I think that they are Grey Tree Frogs. Maybe Copes, maybe not, only difference is chromosomes, and I am not willing to harm them to find that out. It is also possible that they are Mt. Chorus frogs. So not spring peepers.
So far there is Wall-E, Calliou, Rosie, Lilly, and Holly. I think!!!! And of course tadpoles in various stages. Looks like one will be out tonight, that one is Firefly, the cutest one yet!!!
Wall-E amd Calliou are smaller, more narrow, and much greener.
Rosie and Lilly are bigger and more grey-brown.
Holly is the biggest and brown-grey.
I was thinking at first they were different species, but now I am leaning more to the idea of male and female of the same species.
I am not 100% sure, but they appear to change color. I have also noticed the smaller ones suction on to the glass with their entire body, while the larger only use the suction cups on their toes.
Anyone have any ideas, or thoughts???

I do not think many people keep them, but my parents love them, and really want some. I was wishing that mine turned out to be peepers so I could give them a few, but it does not look like it. :scry:
I know they can get sooooooooo loud for such small creatures!!!!! But the sound is awesome!!!!
I love the sound of the leopard frog, I believe its the southern, but it sounds like an old man laughing!!!

I am with ya!!! It is relaxing!! I hate it when I am sitting outside, and its all peaceful and you can hear the frogs, and crickets and then all the sudden you hear a car in need of a muffler with their system up blaring some sort of "music" where the only word you can make out is hoes!! :spam:
This site has sound clips of each frog and toad we have here. So if anyone wants to hear what they sound like just click on the view by thumbnail on the left, then click on one of the pics, then click on the hear my call.
