Ghost Shrimp

I changed the water in my aquarium yesterday, and by this morning all of my ghost shrimp have died. All my other fish, mainly tetra's still seem fine. Doesn't anyone know what might have gone wrong or suggestions?

Well the first thing that comes to mind is that some water parameter changed to rapidly.

How much water did you change?
Did the new water keep the same temperature as the old water?
Whats the pH level before and after the change?
