So one week ago i got my first six fish(doing fish cicle), one betta sp three clown loaches and two small catfish.
The guy at the shop told me to feed them once every two days for the first few weeks. So i did.On the third day however i woke up to find three loaches eating up my betta!Ihave removed the betta and its currently in it's own tank recovering from extreme fin loss. The guy at the shop told me that they were too hungry it seems(-.-)and later on when i talked to one other guy there he told that there probably is one overly agressive loach among the three.
Could that be possible? or is it an excuse for making me a bad proposal?

Two reasons the loaches ate the fins of the Betta. One, slow and flowing is very tempting to active fish. Two, feeding every two days is silly; loaches need to be fed small meals at least twice a day. They were probably hungry, and the Betta and his flowing fins seemed a proper meal.
Clown loaches are in no way aggressive when kept in groups of three or more. That fellow was talking out of his hat.

So now what? i suppose i can't put the betta back in even after its recovered. also are there other long fin fish i should avoid such as longfinswortails?
Last but most important, how should i feed from now on?
i'm currently feeding the loaches and the catfish tablets that sink to the bottom and feed them once every two days, one tablet per fish.
What should i change?i mean i don't want to produce to much amonia either..

As Dave stated, loaches eat constantly in the wild. Give them cucumber, zucchini, melon and try them with other things as well as shrimp pellets, blood worms, flake or pellet food, etc.
Your tank should have been cycled with fish better able to take a cycle such as danio's or larger tetra's.
I don't know what size your tank is but be prepared to do many water changes or your fish will not live thru a cycling.
