what is the right ammount of flow , people seem ti have diffrent ideas ? is something like 7 0r 8 times per hour enough

also does anyone know of a brand of powerheads that dont consume much energy ?

Depending on what kind of coral you want, softies should have a about x10 turnover per hour, sps and lps should have at least x20 turnover per hour. There are people who go way over 20 though.

what about for just a FOWLR ,no corals ?
