Last but not least, I scored some shrimp and decided that my fry tank will now be a shrimp tank! If I am really lucky some will breed, will have to find out about that and I will have a constant source for my puffers. Pics of shrimp are really hard to take so I will let ya know, I scored 4 amano shrimp which I paid $2.43 each for, 3 cherry shrimp which are teeny tiny right now, can't wait to watch them grow for $2.25 each and 2 crystal red shrimp which I would have loved to get more but those guys were $9 a piece......just about everything in the store was 25% off because he is closing at the end of May, although there may be a buyer. His website is http://www.alloddballaquatics.com/
And of course the other visit we made as you will see in other posts was to Elmers Aquarium http://elmersaquarium.com/. It was kinda neat to go into Elmers since I have used their website as a source of information regularly. I only purchased some feeder crayfish and some floating wisteria, neither of which I have found locally. I will need to find a supplier for crayfish soon though for the new puffer!
Here are the only shots of the shrimp that even remotely came out.

I had been talking about starting a shrimp tank just before Christmas and had been browsing petshrimp.com to look at them. This way I didn't have to order anything, I was pretty happy.
